President and Vice President
The President is the organisation’s most senior general manager and is employed by and reports to the board. The Vice President acts as the President’s deputy. Both the President and the Vice President are employed as a pair by the board for a period of four years. The post may be held for a maximum of two four-year periods.

The Management Group discusses all matters of strategic importance and ensures the continuous exchange of information concerning matters within all areas of BI.
