Textbook: Norsk på en-to-tre, Chapters 15 to 21, by Elisabeth Ellingsen and Kirsti Mac Donald (Akademica bookstore)
Tuition: NOK 1500,-
In order to follow the quick progress that is expected in class, students must be prepared to do homework and to study Norwegian outside of class. Regular attendance is also expected. At the end of the course, students will be tested in written and oral Norwegian skills. Students who take the exam will receive a certificate. Resit exams are not offered.
The Norwegian language courses are not a part of BI's curriculum and do not give any credits.
At the end of the course, you receive a certificate for Norskprøve 1 upon passing the Beginners level 1 exam and Norskprøve 2 for the Beginners level 2 exam.
Registration
Deadline for registration: Tuesday January 19th
Please note that registration is based on first-come-first-serve basis. Maximum number of participants in each class is 30. Students attending the Beginners course will be divided into classes according to native languages. Students will be informed by email which class they have been put in.
In order to evaluate the demand for more courses, please register as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment period: January 6th - 20th
Deadline for payment: Wednesday January 20th, 15.00
The course fee must be paid in advance to the International Relations Office in cash. Payment of the course fee is considered to be a final registration.
