The International Relations Office (IRO) and the International Student Assosiation (InSA) offer pick-up service to all exchange students upon their arrival in Norway. Students are picked up at the Oslo Central Train Station (Oslo S) and taken to the housing allocated to them, provided they have returned and filled in the correct information on the pick-up form.
Pick-up period January 2010
We offer pick-up for all students who arrive from January 3rd to January 5th 2010.
Students who arrive outside the pick-up period can find travel descriptions on our web site. The pick-up form is available in the left hand margin during the pick-up registration period. Please note that students arriving prior to January 3rd will not have access to the student dormitories.

Deadline for filling out the Pick-up form: December 10th 2009 (by 23:59).
Students who will NOT make use of the pick-up service and who will arrive outside the pick-up period should read information on 'Housing Information and Travel Descriptions' found on the left.

If you are arriving by plane, you will arrive at Oslo Airport Gardermoen, which is the national airport, or at Sandefjord Airport Torp or Moss Lufthavn Rygge. If you are arriving by boat or bus, please indicate the arrival time and arrival place on the pick-up form.
