The EMBA in Energy offers managers a chance to develop their skills in leadership and management through the interaction with fellow participants from diverse professional, personal and cultural backgrounds. BI, Nanyang Business School and IFP School has strong links with the international academic and business communities. The 18-months EMBA in Energy is designed for those who currently hold a management position, but require additional training in management and leadership skills. The programme is based on a module framework where the participants meet on an average every third month for two weeks of intensive work. This gives them the opportunity to continue their management career without having to take an extended leave of absence.
