If you have computer problems, you can contact the IT Advisors in BU1-010 (BI Oslo) or your local Tech Support. The IT Advisors can help you with the school's computers and the installed software.

Important information regarding access to the IT-systems
The students have access to BI's IT-systems while they are active students, and the following year (two semesters). Active students include: Extended students, students with leave of absence and students who retake exams and courses, if it's registered in our systems.
Deactivation of accounts is done twice a year. "Banner Student Web" and the Alumni system is accesible to former students. E-mail forwarding is still active.
If your account is disabled, and you still are an active student, please contact the Study Administration. For other questions regarding the IT systems, contact the IT-advisors (BI Oslo: BU1-010).
