Developed and taught courses over the past three decades in intercultural communication and organizational communication at the Bachelor's, Master's and Executive levels. In addition to providing an academic theoretical framework, these courses focus on the development of skills in the areas of dialogue, critical thinking, debate, and presentations.
In connection with these communication courses, organized "The BI Debates" (formerly "The NMH Debates" and "The OHH Debates") as an extra-curricular activity during the last 15 years. These debates dealt with ethical issues in the fields of intercultural and organizational communication and were juried by well-known members of the Norwegina academic, political, and cultural communities.
