Former MSc student in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mikkel Gedde, together with his business partners in Fennek & Friends, one of 260 “Facebook Preferred Developers” in the world have recently lauched their latest and greatest innovation - iFrapp. iFrapp is an app-builder that allows businesses to create engaging Facebook applications in minutes such as easy tools to create contests, video players, coupons, sign up forms, showrooms, etc., and is listed as one of the top 30 Facebook apps by Pcmag.com.
Mikkel Gedde graduate from BI in September 2011 with a MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. During his studies he participated in the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Program (Gründerskolen). BI is part of the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Program, which is academic network established to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among Norwegian students by offering students opportunities to work as interns at high-tech start-up companies overseas. Through the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Program Mikkel Gedde experienced Shanghai and it was there he met his business partners Alexander M. Grimstad, Fredrik B. Fjeld, and Kristian A. Mørk. After a couple of years of intense work focusing on building their business network and developing their concepts of creative solutions to social media, their product iFrapp is an international success. Mikkel Gedde states, "As co-founder of iFrapp, the master in Innovation & Entreprenurship at BI helped me to get a better understanding on how you work with innovation and develop good sustainable business concepts."
