What makes green growth different from traditional productivity growth? Buzz-words like sustainability, green jobs, green investments, environmentally friendly companies etc. have long been hyped, but investors have increasingly been disillusioned over the last decade by weak financial performance of green firms and funds. And governments have been dragging their feet towards real action. What has gone wrong? Will there be more green growth in the future? And will it - eventually - be profitable without subsidies?
