The program focuses on designing innovation strategies to enable both mainstream and new companies to take advantage of best practice and emerging insights on innovation.

In an increasingly dynamic and rapidly changing market place, fostering innovation and avoiding its potentially disruptive or challenging effects requires a new understanding of business models.

The program is organized in two main parts: plenary sessions and focus tracks.

The plenary sessions adress the link between innovative ideas and their implementation. They provide an overview of the trends and best practice in various industries in Silicon Valley. Our presentations gives you an up to date understanding of how to apply new trends and technologies in order to gain an increased competitive advantage.

Each participant will attend one out of four parallell focus tracks. This year's tracks are:

Each day and topic includes various speakers and/or company visits. Previous seminars have included company visits to Google, IBM, Apple, Genentech and Cisco, as well as other major companies.

Prominent academics and practitioners from well-known companies present common challenges, and what it takes to successfully develop, implement, and commercialize innovations.  Participants will also attend informal networking events designed to share their experiences with colleagues from a broad range of industries.
