Introduksjon
This course introduces students to the field of organizational behaviour and leadership, focusing on how people think, feel, and act in organizational settings - and how these dynamics shape collaboration, well-being, and performance. Students will explore core concepts and evidence-based perspectives related to personality, perception, communication, motivation, leadership, power and influence, conflict, technology, and organizational culture and change.
Through readings, lectures, discussions, and case-based learning activities, the course develops students’ ability to connect individual, group, and organizational-level processes and to use relevant theories to interpret real organizational situations. By the end of the course, students will be able to explain key organizational behaviour concepts and apply them to analyze common leadership and workplace challenges.
