Biography
I have a Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo (UIO) in 1991 and a doctor of law degree from UIO in 2002, where I was a doctoral student 1996-1999. I was a lawyer at the law firm Wikborg Rein 1992-2003, partner 2000-2003. I was partner in the law firm Wiersholm 2003-20116 and a partner in the law firm Schjødt 2018-2021. As a lawyer I specialised in banking and finance, M&A and securities regulation, and since 2018 also in sustainability law. I have written a number of books and articles in topics ranging from securities law to general jurisprudence and legal philosophy.
