This workshop is in Norwegian.

Room: A2-015

Hospitality and Hostility in Healthcare at Home (EN)

This workshop is in English. This workshop will employ design approaches to critically reflect on the ways that healthcare’s movement into the home can create hostility. Through careful attention to symbols, rituals and thresholds of hospitality, we will work together to redesign products and services such that they thoughtfully attend to their implications on people’s everyday life at home.

Room: A2-010

Design Labs in the Clinical Environment - Embedded Service Design Labs (EN)

This workshop is in English. Join us in exploring design labs – a collaborative space within a clinical setting where designers and healthcare personnel work on site to develop and test new service solutions. Our workshop provides unique insights into how these labs, can enhance innovation and foster new or improved services.

Room: A2-020

Step up. Tidlig metodevurdering i praksis (NO)

This workshop is in Norwegian.

Room: A2-050

Problem Formulation and Problem Solving in Public Procurement (EN)

This workshop is in English. Purchasing new health care services involves complex coordination and cooperation between buyer and supplier. In this workshop you will work on the challenges that prevent buyers and suppliers in defining and solving complex problems together.
