- Ends:14:45, 27 January 2026

Based on their recent paper in Human Resource Management, Almuth will take the audience through the key findings to illuminate what we know about neurodiversity at work but also what is missing - a) implications for theoretical development, b) implications for future research and c) organizational practice and policy. Almuth will argue that a critical biopsychosocial model is needed. In contrast to neurodiversity advocacy perspectives this explicitly acknowledges individual vulnerability but also problematises prevalent neuronormative conceptions.
