Through a combination of seminars, expert insights, and a structured mentorship framework, you will gain practical tools to deliver relevant, motivating, and high-impact education.

Teaching executive students requires a shift from pedagogy to andragodgy—meeting the needs of autonomous learners who bring valuable industry experience into the classroom.

In this program you pair up with an experienced executive teacher (a mentor) to observe, co-plan, and teach during the semester. The program runs from September 1st to December 2nd, 2026, and includes a Kick-off seminar, a Mid-term seminar, a closing seminar, and a mentoring period.

What you will gain:

  • Insight into the executive student mindset and effective teaching methods.
  • Tools to plan courses that are relevant, motivating, and pedagogically sound.
  • Experience in combining theory with industry relevance.
