Through collaboration, we aim to build long-term, value-creating relationships with businesses, foundations, and public sector institutions.
Together, we can strengthen the development of a sustainable and knowledge-based Norway. Increased relevance also ensures that our students graduate with skills that match the needs of society.

We offer collaboration in two areas:
Students
Scholarships
Scholarships can be tailored to a specific subject area or target group, and are promoted through BI’s channels.
Examples of scholarships provided by companies:
- A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Scholarship Programme for international students residing outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland
- EIDRA Women in Data Science Master Scholarship
- The Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants’ (Revisorforeningen) Scholarship for the Master’s in Accounting and Auditing
- Gjensidige – Women in Technology Master Scholarship
Internship
This provides students with valuable experience while giving your organisation fresh perspectives and contributions, and the opportunity to recruit talent early.
BI StartUp - The Village
Here, you will find an open and inspiring environment for idea development, collaboration, and learning, with access to mentors, workshops, pitching arenas, and modern facilities designed to foster growth and visibility.
The Village is for those who want to create, test, and scale. We also welcome partners who wish to contribute to strengthening entrepreneurship, learning, and social engagement among young talents.
BI Case Competition
The collaboration provides valuable insights, increased visibility, and direct contact with the decision-makers of tomorrow.
BI is experienced in international case competitions, and our own BI International Case Competition has become a recognised arena where leading business schools from around the world meet in Oslo each year.
We are seeking partners for two annual competitions: BI National Case Competition and BI International Case Competition.
Student well-being
We collaborate with partners on initiatives that enrich students’ daily lives and strengthen their sense of community. Student welfare is a shared responsibility, and we invite organisations from the business and wider community to collaborate with us.
One example of such collaboration is the partnership between Reitan Retail, BI, and the student organisation BISO, which helps build community and lower barriers to participation across campuses.
