This course equips students with advanced knowledge and applied skills to build, lead, and evaluate effective teams in contemporary organizational settings. Students will engage in evidence-based learning grounded in current theories and research, focusing on challenges such as team composition and diversity, team processes in cross functional and virtual teams, and environmental volatility. Emphasizing problem-based and team-based learning, students will collaboratively analyse and develop team interventions, actively applying theoretical frameworks to real-world scenarios. Learning activities are designed to promote critical reflection, evidence-based decision-making, and the ability to create solutions for complex team challenges. Through simulations, case analyses, and collaborative projects, students will develop competencies necessary for leading and developing diverse and dynamic teams.
