I also regularly lecture on taxation topics in BI's Executive Master of Management program.

My professional background includes working as a tax lawyer for the Norwegian Tax Administration across various roles, both at the Directorate of Taxes (Skattedirektoratet) and within regional and divisional structures, including regional tax offices (Skatt Nord) and the Information Management Division (Divisjon informasjonsforvaltning).I also have experience from the Enforcement Office in Oslo (Namsfogden i Oslo).

My legal practice focuses on tax administration law, tax surcharges, general tax law, exchange of information, GDPR, and EU law. I have extensive experience leading negotiations with public authorities and private entities, particularly regarding information exchange and cross-sector cooperation. Additionally, I have international experience collaborating with foreign tax administrations, academia, and other public authorities on digitalization and AI.
