Biography

Nina Vogt; Award-Winning and Merited Lecturer with Over 25 Years of Experience Nina is a dedicated and experienced lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School, with more than 25 years of teaching experience in higher education. She has been recognized as an Excellent Teaching Practitioner (ETP),- a prestigious merit awarded to educators who demonstrate high-quality teaching, pedagogical innovation, and a strong commitment to student learning. Throughout her career, Nina has received several awards for outstanding teaching and innovation, particularly for her development of pedagogical tools that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Her teaching style is characterized by clear communication, real-world relevance, and a strong ability to create active and engaging learning environments, both in-person and online. Nina is co-author of the widely used textbook Consumer Behavior (Forbrukeratferd), and has also written Oral Communication (Muntlig formidling) and Student Engagement, two books aimed at strengthening students’ presentation skills and active participation in learning. In addition, her online course in Consumer Behavior has become one of the first courses in Europe to be accredited by EFMD, marking a significant recognition of both academic quality and digital learning innovation.

In addition to her academic role, Nina regularly gives talks and workshops for the business community, covering topics such as consumer behavior, communication, and presentation skills. She is a strong advocate for quality in higher education and is passionate about making academic knowledge accessible and applicable in practice.
