Chasing scarcity in teaching: Business education in a time of Ai disruption
Economics teaches us that superior profits can only come from scarcity, from creating a unique and valuable position. While business schools (still) maintain their monopoly in candidate certification, they face technology-based competition in teaching and an AI-based disruption in evaluation: Students can find their lectures online and do their papers with AI. What should business schools do?
Espen will use his own teaching development and pedagogical experiments to reflect on this problem and offer some suggestions for the future.
