BI’s intranet

From your first day, you are able to access BI's intranet. On those pages, you will find comprehensive resources to support your work - ranging from teaching tools and travel guidelines to key contact lists and frequently asked questions.

To access BI's intranet, there are two steps you need to complete:

  1. Set a password here.
  2. Activate Multifactor authentication (MFA) by following the instructions here.

Note that this can only be done from your first day, using the username "firstname.lastname@bi.no" or firstname.first-letter-lastname.lastname@bi.no.

Please note that this can only be done from your first day, using your BI email address. If you have one given name, the format will be "firstname.lastname@bi.no". If you have more than one given name, the format will be "firstname.first-initial.lastname@bi.no".
