Campus Oslo
Arrival
The BI campus is situated in Nydalen in Oslo. It is easily reached by public transport from the city centre.

From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S)
Metro from Jernbanetorget T, you have three options:
- 4 Vestli via Majorstuen (Westbound line)
- 5 Ringen via Majorstuen (Westbound line)
- 5 Ringen via Tøyen (Eastbound line)
Get off at the metro station 'Nydalen'. The metro will take you to Nydalen from the city centre in 10-15 minutes.
Bus from Jernbanetorget, you have two options:
- 37 Nydalen T: get off at the last stop, 'Nydalen'.
- 30 Nydalen: Get off at 'Gullhaugveien'.
To/from Gardermoen (Oslo Airport):
As taxis are expensive in Norway, we recommend using public transport from the airport.
The Airport Shuttle Bus (Nor-Way Bussekspress) has a boarding stop at Ring 3, a five minute walk from the BI building. The bus takes about 40 minutes to get to Gardermoen from there. Read more about the airport shuttle bus.
You can also take the metro to the National Theatre (Nationaltheatret) or Jernbanetorget and then take the Airport Express Train to Gardermoen. Read more about the Airport Express Train.
Arrival in Oslo by other means of transportation:
- Arrival by train
Oslo can be reached by train from Copenhagen (Denmark) through Sweden (Malmø/Gothenburg) or from Stockholm (Sweden). You will arrive at the Oslo Central Station. - Arrival by bus
Oslo can be reached by bus from Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Busses stop at Oslo Bus Terminal, located next to the Central Station. - Arrival by ferry
You can reach Oslo by ferry from Denmark (Copenhagen – DFDS Seaways, and Frederikshavn – Stena Line) and Germany (Kiel – Color Line). The DFDS Seaways and Stena Line terminal is located at Vippetangen, close to the Central Station. The Color Line terminal is located at Hjortneskaia. A shuttle bus will take you to the Central Station (Oslo S/Jernbanetorget) in 10 minutes.
Parking
BI covers parking expenses for full-time employees, fixed monthly salary employees, and part-time lecturers.
Part-time lecturers can request reimbursement through Agresso or by submitting a form to their manager.
Handicap Parking
Handicap parking spaces are available in the parking lot and they are located near the lifts. To use the handicap parking, you must have issued a municipal parking license that must be visible in the car.
Charging stations
There are charging stations in P3. Check the current charging rates via the EasyPark app. Note: The charging fee is added on top of the parking fee with OnePark and must be paid as long as the vehicle occupies a charging space, regardless of whether the car is being charged or not.
ONEPARK is responsible for the operation of the parking facility. In addition to the parking lot, there are payment options in the area around the building and in Nydalen in general. See ONEPARK for updated information for prices and opening hours.

Campus Bergen
Arrival
Address: Kong, Chr. Frederiks gate 5, 5006 Bergen
Bergen Light Trail
The easiest way to get to Marineholmen is by public transportation. The closest stop with Bergen Light Trail is Florida. Timetables can be found on skyss.no.
Bus
Several busses stops at Puddefjordsbroen, which is only a 5 minute walk from the building. The closest stop with the Airport Express Bus is either Puddefjordsbroen or Bystasjonen.
Parking
Visitors with Sesam Sesam
Everyone who has downloaded the Sesam Sesam app and have registered with licence plate number and valid credit card can park without paying for a parking ticket.
- Parking fee is automatically billed from your card when leaving
- If you leave the parking within 15 minutes after arrival, your card will not be charged

Campus Trondheim
Arrival
Address: Brattørkaia 16, 7010 Trondheim
By foot from the city centre:
Walk to Trondheim Central Station, take the pedestrian bridge over the train tracks toward the pier. Turn right and you'll see BI as the second building on the right side.
Bus:
Multiple bus lines stops at Trondheim Central Station, which is only a 3 minute walk over the bridge to campus. Bus 25 stops right outside campus.
Parking
There is a parking garage under campus owned by Trondheim municipality.
Entrance to the parking garage happens from Nordre avlastningsvei, westbound route. This means that if you are coming from west (Ila/Skansen) you'll have to drive to the roundabout at Brattøra, and then turn around in the same direction you came from to reach BI. The parking garage will be to your right.

Campus Stavanger
Arrival
Address: Byfjordparken 17, 4007 Stavanger
Campus Stavanger is located close to Byfjordparken, 2 km from the city centre. The closest bus stop to BI is called "Kaptein Mejlænders gate".
Parking
There are several parking spaces for students and visitors close to campus. The spaces closest to campus can be found under the roof in the same building as the kindergarten. Note that the spaces marked with "kiss and ride" are reserved to the kindergarten. It is not allowed to park in the streets from the main road.
