How we protect your data when you use the digital assistant.
Infohub is exploring new solutions to offer support to BI’s students around the clock, without waiting times. That’s why we are testing this Chat agent, built on OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology.
Infohub AI has been trained on BI’s knowledge base and can only respond based on the data it accesses through our CRM system. BI uses Salesforce as its student management system, and your student data and communication with BI are stored on your profile in this system. This enables the Chat agent to provide answers that are more accurate and relevant to your situation.
When you contact Infohub AI, it’s important to us that your information is handled securely and responsibly. For this reason, we have chosen a solution that incorporates several security mechanisms at every step.
If you are not comfortable using the AI agent, you can specify this in the chat, and your query will be transferred to an Infohub staff member.
