In the Career Portal, you can advertise job vacancies, internships and voluntary work free of charge. You can also share career-related events, such as company visits.

How do I create a user account?
Create a user account by completing this form via the Career Portal.
If you do not have an organisation number, or if there is anything else preventing you from registering, please contact us at karriereportalen@bi.no.
How do I add my company logo?
You can add your logo once your user account has been verified by us. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your account has been verified.
To add your logo, log in to the Career Portal and upload it under your company information on the right-hand side of the screen.
How do I create a job advertisement?
You need a user account to publish an advertisement. Once you have logged in to the Career Portal, you will be guided through a step-by-step process to create your advertisement. Towards the end of the process, you will have the opportunity to preview the advertisement.
If you notice anything that needs to be adjusted, you can go back and make the necessary changes. Once you are happy with the advertisement and click "Submit", it will be sent to us for approval.
How long does it take for an advertisement to be approved?
It can take up to three working days for an advertisement to be approved. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your advertisement has been published.

Who sees our advertisements in the Career Portal?
All current students at BI's campuses have access to the Career Portal. Graduates also have access to the Career Portal for two years after graduating from BI. In addition, more experienced alumni may have access to the Career Portal if they choose to activate their alumni profile.
Can I see all the advertisements in the Career Portal?
As a company representative, you can only view advertisements associated with the organisation number linked to your user account.
How do I publish an event?
In the Career Portal, look for the "Events" tab in the top-right corner and select "+ New event" to create an event.
I can't log in. What should I do?
If you know that you have a user account but are unable to log in, click "Forgot Password?".
