BI Internship

Bridge the gap between theory and practice. Gain fresh academic perspectives and dedicated talents by hosting BI interns.

BI Internship

The purpose of the BI Internship is to provide students at both Bachelor and Master level with a unique opportunity to combine business experience with their studies in a systematic way, enhancing the learning outcome in both environments.

By offering a credit-bearing internship, your organisation gains access to competent students eager to apply up-to-date academic theories and models to solve your specific tasks and challenges. This creates an arena for mutual learning, where students experience the relevance of their knowledge while the company gains fresh professional perspectives.

A handbook containing further details and information will be available here soon. If you have any questions regarding the BI Internship, please send an email to internship@bi.no

Recruitment

Conduct your preferred recruitment process and select the student who best fits your needs.

Completion and signing of the Learning Contract

Once the student is selected, the digital process for approval and contract formation begins. The entire process is handled digitally to ensure efficient and secure documentation for all parties.

  1. The student applies to BI through our digital system
  2. The student provides the contact person's information.
  3. The contact person receives a link to fill out the planned work assignments/projects and expected learning outcomes, and submits this for approval.
  4. The BI Internship team receives the complete application for assessment.
  5. If the application is approved, a Learning Contract is generated and sent to both the student and the company for digital signing.
  6. The agreement is valid once all parties have signed the Learning Contract.
