Leadership Training, Personal Development and Coaching

Introduction

This course is designed to strengthen your ability to lead yourself, exercise effective leadership, and develop high-performing teams through systematic skills training. At its core, the course adopts a process-oriented approach to learning, where students learn to identify specific challenges, set clear objectives, and devise targeted action plans for both personal and professional growth. The course serves as a practical training arena, allowing you to translate skill-based goals into action through simulations with AI-generated feedback, case studies, and practical exercises within a supportive learning environment.

The curriculum is built upon the principles of deliberate practice. It bridges practical training with research-based knowledge on self-leadership, relational leadership, and team dynamics, emphasizing coaching as a strategic tool for developing communication and interpersonal competencies.

We focus on three interconnected levels:

  • Personal Development: Leading oneself, understanding personal behavioral patterns, and building resilience.
  • Leadership and Employee Development: Practicing specific leadership skills such as communication, feedback, and relationship management in difficult conversations.
  • Team Development: Understanding and influencing group dynamics, managing conflict, and facilitating collective growth.

The scientific foundation of the course is rooted in cognitive and positive psychology, group psychology, and contemporary leadership theory. Through skills training, reflection, and the strategic use of assessment instruments and digital tools, including generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and simulation platforms, the course ensures students develop analytical and action-oriented competencies directly transferable to the professional world.

Target Audience: Students preparing for roles as leaders, consultants, or advisors, or those pursuing careers in HR, project management, and organizational change.
