This course teaches you how to become an effective leader in digitised business environments, with strategies for supporting technological adaptation, adoption and innovation within your teams.

I help customers build operationally resilient organisations. Every day, I meet leaders and decision-makers who balance commercial and regulatory requirements in complex environments. The course gave me a better understanding of their day-to-day reality and of the conditions that need to be in place before technology projects and new AI solutions can succeed.

Who is it for?
This course is for leaders at different organisational levels who want to lead people and teams through technological change.
It is relevant if you work with digital transformation, technology adoption or innovation and want to better understand the human and organisational factors that influence change.
Time and effort required
The course is designed to be combined with work and personal commitments, but you will need to set aside time for scheduled teaching and independent study.
You will attend two three-day campus modules, each comprising approximately 24 hours of teaching and collaborative learning. In addition, you will need time to complete the online learning modules, each comprising approximately 8 hours of digital learning content and activities. Additional time should be allocated for completing the assigned reading and individual work on the project assignment and portfolio assessment.
The time required for independent study varies. You can organise much of this work around your other commitments, while keeping to the course deadlines.
Take the course or build a degree
Leading in the Age of AI is a 15 ECTS master's-level course you can take on its own or as part of an Executive Master of Management.
The degree comprises 90 ECTS. You can build towards the degree by taking additional master's-level courses, choosing a combination that reflects your learning goals and career plans.
This course gave me the language to describe something I had long felt in my gut: that AI-driven transformation is about the organisation’s ability to learn, not technology alone. With that insight, I have gone from having good ideas that stall to actually being able to lead and deliver.

The tuition fee is invoiced per semester and adjusted annually. It includes tuition and the standard examination fee.
Different rates apply to students from countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland. Certain exceptions and variations may apply.
Admission requirements
