Ocean Business Center PhD candidate Josefine Røed has successfully defended her pre-doc, “Navigating Strategic Uncertainty During Sustainability Transitions.”

The defence sparked engaging discussions on how organizations navigate strategic uncertainty during periods of sustainability transition, with valuable perspectives and feedback from her committee.
The committee consisted of Kerstin Neumann, Professor of Corporate Sustainability and Strategy at Universität Innsbruck, and Vegard Kolbjørnsrud, Associate Professor at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian Business School.
Josefine is supervised by Randi Lunnan, Helene Loe Colman and Erna Engebrethsen at BI Norwegian Business School.
The successful defence marks an important milestone in Josefine’s PhD journey.
