Net zero will not be delivered without carbon capture and storage – yet CCS remains stuck between ambition and scale. As regulatory frameworks tighten and transition risk intensifies, the pressure to move from promise to deployment is growing fast. Can CCS become bankable, scalable, and trusted in time? Who pays, who profits – and who takes the risk? This session confronts the hard questions and asks whether CCS can make the leap from policy ambition to industrial breakthroughs.
