Climate change, artificial intelligence, and geopolitical volatility are pulling the industry in new directions, raising an urgent question: are we building the right skills, for the right challenges, at the right pace?

  This session explores what competence looks like in an unpredictable world – and what it takes to build the workforce needed to meet a future we cannot fully predict.
