Roundtable 2026
Explore how system leadership can drive coordinated action across sectors, institutions and communities to address society’s most complex challenges — from healthcare and education to sustainability and social transformation.
The Roundtable 2026 will be hosted in Oslo, Norway, at BI Norwegian Business School. Roundtable 2026 marks only the second occasion that the conference has been held outside the United States. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual participation option will also be available.
This year’s Roundtable is hosted by Claus Jebsen, Ragnhild Kvålshaugen, Bjørn Erik Mørk, Per-Magnus Thompson, and their colleagues at BI Norwegian Business School.
