Mentorship programme for Women in Finance

Are you considering a career in finance but unsure which direction is right for you? As part of BI’s commitment to inspiring more women to pursue careers in finance, we invite you to apply for our exclusive mentorship programme.

The programme is a unique opportunity for bachelor’s students who want a head start in their careers. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build your network and gain valuable insights into the finance industry.

Why join the mentorship programme?

Having a mentor means gaining an experienced professional from the business community as a supporter and guide, someone who has been where you are and can share valuable knowledge, experiences and perspectives.

The programme runs for one year and gives you:

  • Personal guidance: Gain new perspectives on your studies and support in shaping your future path.
  • Exclusive network: Build relationships with experienced women in the finance industry and expand your professional network.
  • Insight and inspiration: Gain an understanding of what a career in finance is really like – whether you are considering further studies or planning to enter the world of work.
Apply to join the mentorship programme

We are looking for engaged bachelor’s students with a genuine interest in finance and a desire to develop their skills and experience. As a participant in the mentorship programme, you will have a unique opportunity to grow both professionally and personally through regular conversations with an experienced mentor.
