Your role as a mentor
The programme runs for one year, and we are looking for individuals who want to serve as both an inspiration and a trusted sounding board. Through regular meetings, you will help the student with:
- Connecting academic theory to real-world business practice.
- Reflecting on career choices and areas of specialization.
- Bridging the gap between studies and a first job or further master's studies.
