Nhi Do is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Communication and Culture at BI Norwegian Business School. Her research explores the intersection of technology, communication, and DEI. Recent projects focus on the interaction between digitally marginalized communities and communicative technologies, investigating how design cues shape user perception, attitude, and behavior, and how human-machine communication may challenge long-standing conventions in communication research. She specializes in quantitative, experimental designs but values methodological diversity.
