Introduksjon
Agile Management and Collaborative Leadership bridges the gap between agile frameworks and human-centric collaborative leadership. In a dynamic world, the course integrates AI into project management to empower graduates with future-ready skills. Students explore transitions to full agile organizations, applying Scrum, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing across sectors like Electric Vehicle (EV) development. The curriculum cultivates a paradox mindset for resilience in high-pressure environments, treating AI agents as collaborative partners to lead agile teams. Additionally, it emphasizes the critical role of personal and professional development in successful project management and cross-functional collaboration.
