    The importance of resource interaction in strategies for managing supply chain disruptions

    Denne artikkelen diskuterer behovet for å tenke alternativt rundt utvikling og bruk av ressurser for å håndtere de store utfordringene og risikoen vi i dag ser i våre forsyningskjeder. Tradisjonelt fokuseres det på hvordan enkeltbedrifter kan håndtere 'sin' forsyningskjede ved å bruke og utvikle egne ressurser på en bedre måte. I denne artikkelen tar vi samarbeid mellom aktører om å utvikle og bruke ressurser på tvers, det vi kaller Resource Interaction, som selve premisset, ikke som ett alternativ blant mange andre strategier. Vi viser hvordan samarbeid og behovet for både temporær (prosjekt) og permanent organisering er viktig i effektive strategier for å håndtere forsyningsrisiko.

    Unpacking the duality between control and trust in inter-organizational relationships through action-reaction cycles

    Denne artikkelen handler om hvordan kontroll og tillit sammen kan bidra til effektivt samarbeid i relasjoner mellom ulike aktører. Artikkelen er basert på en studie av relasjonen mellom en byggherre og byggentreprenør i et anleggsprosjekt, og viser hvordan kritiske hendelser påvirker samarbeidet og hvordan aktørene bruker kontroll og tillit for å koordinere arbeidet. Det er viktig at disse hendelsene håndteres på en måte som gjør at forholdet mellom kontroll og tillit gjenopprettes, og der de (igjen) sammen bidrar til effektivt samarbeid. I artikkelen, identifiseres tre praksiser for slik håndtering: rutinisering, der aktørene sammen blir enige om hvordan arbeidet faktisk skal utføres, feks når det gjelder kontrollering; felles problemløsning, der aktørene sammen løser problemer som oppstår isteden for å legge ansvaret på den andre, og re-organisering, som bl. a. inkluderer å bytte ut folk som ikke fungerer iht hensikten og å etablere nye møteserier.
